To provide a quote for landscaping, fencing and paving works for 25 dwellings at Seaton Demonstration project.

Scope

The service needs to comply with Seaton Urban Design Guidelines and Renewal SA Residential Landscaping, Paving and Fencing Guide. 

Scope of services:

• Perimeter paving and driveway as per plan

• Crossover as per plan

• 1800mm high Colorbond good neighbour fencing, with access gates as shown on plans

• Front dividing fences when on planning documents and where nothing then plantings to delineate approximate location of boundary.

• Front Yard landscaping including trees (minimum of 1 per frontage e.g. 2 for corner lots) all in accordance with the Seaton UDGs and Renewal SA Residential Landscaping, Fencing & Paving Guide

• Rear Yard landscaping including trees (minimum of 1 per rear yard) all in accordance with the Seaton UDGs and Renewal SA Residential Landscaping, Fencing & Paving Guide

• Irrigation where required

• Letterboxes as per Seaton UDGs and Renewal SA Residential Landscaping, Fencing & Paving Guide

• Liaise and coordinate with the builder of the 25 dwellings for site access to ensure landscaping will be completed to coincide with handover of dwellings.

• Maintain site safety and tidiness

• Provide a three-month Defects Liability Period which applies once home is handed over by the builder
