This procurement is the first work package for this program of works to achieve compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC) Building Code of Australia (BCA) and Deemed to Satisfy (DTS) provisions, specifically the Fire & Smoke Compartmentation zones in B Block at Fremantle Hospital, constructed in 1981 consisting of 11 levels. This scope of works will upgrade any penetrations to fire-related elements ensuring they are appropriately fire-stopped to improve the level of fire safety afforded by the fire/smoke compartmentation.
