⁠⁠⁠Taupaki Primary School wishes to engage a Main Contractor for the Weathertightness Remediation project.

The scope of work may include (but is not limited to):

- Remove and replace damaged interior wall linings and interior flooring with new

- Remove and install cladding and insulation with new

- Remove and install window and door joinery with new

- Remove and replace timber deck, landing and stairs

- Remove and replace concrete path

- Remove, replace/ install existing roofing components with new

- Install accessible ramp
