ABOUT THE TENDER: Singleton Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for the construction works associated with a new culvert to replace the existing damaged timber bridge on Lilavale Track, Putty. The location of the works is approximately 600m west of Putty Valley Road on Lilavale Track. The work involves the demolition of the existing damaged timber bridge, the construction of the proposed new culvert and approaches and the removal of the existing temporary sidetrack.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box provided in the format provided as per the Conditions of Tendering. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tender Form and any other declaration required filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete. The Tenderer shall not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.

A NON-MANDATORY PRE-TENDER/SITE MEETING: Will be held on Wednesday 16 April 2025 with further details and registration process located within the Conditions of Tendering.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tender close at 2.30pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time AEST or Australian Eastern Daylight Time AEDT, whichever is applicable in NSW at the time of tender close) on Tuesday 6 May 2025.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a tender and reserves the right to conduct the RFT process and select the successful Tenderers as it sees fit.
