T052526GUN - Supply and Delivery of Bitumen Emulsion

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: Supply and Delivery of Bitumen Emulsion to Gunnedah Shire Council for a period of 36 months from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028 with a provision for a 12-month option.

TENDERERS TO NOTE: Council's existing bitumen emulsion storage tank is unserviceable and must be decommissioned prior to the commencement of this product supply contract. The decommissioning program is a mandatory element of the overall Tender and must be addressed in Tender Applications accordingly.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 6 May 2025.

DOCUMENTS: Applicable tender documents can be downloaded electronically, until the submission close date for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that Gunnedah Shire Council are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
