Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced building providers to construct the new Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes, Bridgetown Depot.
The Project
The works comprise the construction of an office building, a Workshop, carparking facilities and associated external and Services works within the Shire of Bridgetown Greenbushes’ depot facility.
The buildings are in a bushfire prone area. The office building shall comply with BAL-19 rating, the Workshop shall comply with BAL-29 rating.
Scope
The Scope of work under this contract shall include but not be limited to:
• Removal of trees as indicated
• Protection of trees and landscaping to be retained
• filling and compaction of the site to levels indicated on the drawings.
• transportation, placement and compaction of additional fill material as required to bring all levels to the required finished levels shown on the drawings for footings, concrete slabs, paving and top soil to landscaped areas.
• disposal of surplus excavated material
• New concrete pathways
