Central Coast Council - Expression of Interest

Central Coast Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the following:

'A Recognised Contractors List of Affordable and Community Housing Providers for Central Coast Council'

Central Coast Council is seeking to form a recognised contractors list of 'Affordable and Community Housing Providers' interested in constructing and/or managing affordable housing on Council-owned land in accordance with the Central Coast Affordable and Alternative Housing Strategy.

This Expression of Interest is to establish a List of Preferred Providers, only. The award of individual parcels of land will be via a separate Select Request for Tender process. When suitable land parcels become available, the List of Providers will be invited to provide formal proposals for the development of the specific site. The selected provider must work with Council to create specialised projects and are in line with best practice in terms of location, design, tenure mix, as well as financial and social outcomes.
