Muswellbrook Shire Council invites Tenders for the upgrade of footpath and laneway between Bridge St and the Muswellbrook Marketplace.

A mandatory Pre-Tender Meeting will be held at Council's

Administration Centre at 2pm on the 29 April 2025.

Please register your attendance at procurement@muswellbrook.nsw.gov.au by COB 28 April 2025.

The tender closes at 2:00PM on 14 May 2025. Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Information on method of lodgement is provided in the Tender documents. The lowest or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted.

The two-envelope tendering system is used for the submission of this tender, where price and non-price items are submitted in separate envelopes / files and assessed separately.
