PURPOSE: The participating Councils are seeking suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to provide Road Safety Barrier Systems (Cat.1 Supply and Installation) & (Cat.2 Supply Only) for a period of 36 months from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028 with a provision for a 12 month option.

The participating Councils are:

• City of Newcastle
• Maitland City Council
• Liverpool Plains Shire Council
• Gunnedah Shire Council

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline.

DOCUMENTS: Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via the tendering portal until the submission close date for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
