Tender Description
This is a unique opportunity to partner with a large public agency to co-design and deliver a leadership and coaching programme targeted to accelerate progress for wāhine Māori. A key aspect of this partnership is supporting the cultural and economic prosperity of not just participants, but also Māori communities through noho marae and building enduring relationships.
MBIE is seeking to contract an appropriate supplier to deliver MBIE’s wāhine Māori leadership programme and coaching programme within MBIE.
This leadership and coaching programmes aim is to enhance the prosperity of participants through strengthening their identity as leaders, not only at MBIE but within hapori, whānau, iwi and wider communities by drawing on te ao Māori values and strength-based leadership.
