The Department of Communities and Justice is seeking information on products and services to provide Document Assembly and Generation functionality for their Legal branch.
Project goals
The Department of Communities and Justice is seeking to request information to uncover a future ready product to replace an existing Document Management product suite (Softdocs). https://www.softdocs.com.au/solutions/
This project is onboarding internal legal business users to its core Legal Activity Matter Application and requires providing suitable functionality for document assembly of various NSW Legal and in house templates.
The primary objective is to ensure a capability can be provided for document assembly and generation to support business users. This capability may provide a foundational product and service that could have broader use within the Legal business area and must be future-ready with modern capabilities and functionality.
Scope
Document generation product and services which meet the below summary requirements. A full set of requirements to be met and information provided through this Request for Information is found in the specifications provided*.
-Integration with the existing Matter management application, hosted on Appian
-Document generation based on a variety of requirements with user defined input capability.
-Utilisation of NSW Legal templates from various agencies for document generation, inclusive of servicing capability to provide any updates released by these agencies or sources.
-Opportunity to convert existing and owned templates into the new solution.
-Must adhere to Department of Communities and Justice Cyber Security requirements and policies.
