Interested and capable parties are invited to tender for the development of a design and a commercial proposal for Pilbara Ports Authority in relation to the reinstatement of the Dampier Cargo Wharf (DCW) at the Port of Dampier (Project).

The services to be performed under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Agreement includes but not limited to initial design preparation, cost and buildability analysis, and if directed to proceed further, submitting a Bid for the Project.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Pilbara Ports Authority, 1 MoF Road, Burrup, Dampier on 14 May, 2025 10:00 AM.

The Tenderer must ensure that when visiting the Site its personnel do so in accordance with Pilbara Ports Auhtority’s safety and other requirements. The Tenderer is required to wear full Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment (PPE) during the site visit. Full PPE consists of safety footwear; safety helmet (hard hat); safety glasses with side shields to AS/NZS 1337 standard; high visibility clothing; long sleeve shirt and trousers; protective clothing as necessary and hearing protection as necessary.
