Provision of services for the Depot Administration Complex extension Enquiries to Dave Barry on 9527 0791
The Contract consists of the supply, delivery, installation and fitout of a new 240m2 transportable building, at the City's Crocker Street Depot, and consists of 3 meeting rooms and additional office complex and includes all infrastructure upgrades, earthworks and finishing of the works.
A mandatory site inspection for the Tender will be held at Rockingham Council Depot, 13 Crocker Street, Rockingham WA 6169 (meeting at the Visitors Parking Area) commencing at 09:30am until 11:30am on Monday, 14 April 2025.
Tenders close at 2pm Wednesday, 28 May 2025 at the City's Administration Centre, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham
