GESB is seeking to engage an experienced service provider for the provision of strategic planning services described in this Request.

This includes:

1. Facilitating strategic planning workshops with Board, Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Management

• One-day annual strategic planning workshop(s) with the Board and ELT (generally held in October)
• Other workshops as required

2. Providing strategic planning advice on strategy development and planning frameworks to support development of GESB’s strategy as required

The successful Respondent must have an excellent knowledge of the superannuation industry and extensive demonstrated experience in working with superannuation funds on strategic planning.
