The ATM seeks a single Service Provider with the capability and experience to manage and undertake the following works:

· Refurbish the stonework of the tower

· Undertake corrosion repairs to the internal stairway landing beams

· Replace lantern room balcony handrails

· Apply waterproof membrane to concrete balcony

· Separable portion pricing will be sought for the following additional items and if identified as value for money and within budget will be undertaken:

o Remove lead based paint present in red day mark bands and repaint

o Conduct maintenance coating repairs to internal staircase

Other Instructions:

 A site visit to Cape Moreton lighthouse is scheduled for 30 April 2025. Attendance to the Tender site visit is mandatory for submission of a quotation.

Conditions for Participation:

Tenderers must meet the following conditions for participation in this ATM:

(a) The tenderer must hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) or an Australian Registered Body Number (ARBN).

(b) The Tenderer must attend the mandatory site visit.

 Any Tender which does not comply with all the mandatory conditions for participation set out in this clause 2.5 will be excluded from consideration.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The project must be completed prior to 30 November 2025 including acceptance of the completion report by AMSA.
