Legal Services Panel

The participating Councils are seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified law firms for the provision of legal services.

Contractors must demonstrate strong capability and capacity in delivering legal services relevant to the needs of local government.

The participating Councils are:

• The City of Adelaide;
• The City of Charles Sturt;
• The City of Marion;
• The City of Port Adelaide Enfield;
• The City of Unley.

This panel arrangement will enable participating Councils to procure high-quality legal services in an efficient and timely manner, within an agreed contractual framework and in accordance with each Council’s procurement policies and procedures.

Successful Contractors will be appointed to the panel and engaged under a Services Agreement (the Agreement), which will govern all services delivered through this arrangement.
