Tender Description
Works are to be completed at the property known as Essential Energy Tumbarumba Depot/Zon Substation located at 79 Courabyra Road, Tumbarumba NSW 2653.
Works will consist of:
- Removal of the existing storage shed adjacent to the main zone sub building.
- Relocation of the modular office building to a more permanent location.
- Installation of a new accessible and unisex modular ablution block.
- Construction of a covered decking/walkway connecting the modular buildings to the lunchroom, and a;
- New skillion roof open bay structure off the side of the existing heavy vehicle shed
COMPULSARY Onsite RFQ briefing 14th April 1pm on site at 79 Courabyra Rd, Tumbaruba.
