Expressions of interest are invited for the lease and operation of the Windsor Café at the Windsor Community Precinct, 1 Windsor Drive at Riverside.

Responses to this invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) must be in writing and include:

• A completed, signed and dated Expression of Interest form (see Attachment 1).

• The respondents proposed menu and pricing structure.

• Resume of all respondents.

• Any other supporting documentation the respondent feels is relevant to the EOI.

All proposals must be clearly marked EOI Windsor Cafe and can be lodged either by:
