SERVICE REQUIRED:

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of Security Monitoring & System Services 2025/021 for Monitoring and System Services.

The scope of the tender includes:

(a) Monitoring Service

(b) Annual System maintenance

(c) Schedule of Rates - Service Technician

Detailed specifications for the provision of those services in support of the Council's various locations and activities are provided in the tender document.

The Contract term will be 3 years, with an extension at Council's option of 3 x 1 year options.

Demonstrated past experience of the Tenderer & Environmental Sustainability and Social Equity, 10%

Demonstrated past experience Personnel and Subcontractors, 30%

Proposed Methodology 20%

The Fee including Schedule of Lump Sum Fee, Schedule of Rates, 40%
