ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT):

The City is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced lighting designers interested providing design services under City contract CON00629 Provision of West Coffs Shared Path Detailed Design. The works will be conducted under contract AS4122-2010, a copy of which is included in the RFT document package.

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced quotation, all or any part of the quotation, and reserves the right to conduct the RFT process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of City officials with regard to this RFT will render a submission ineligible for evaluation.
