TasWater invites Tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the construction of a new truck wash facility to be located off Greys Mill Road, Smithton TAS 7330. The new facility will replace an existing, sub-standard facility located on the same property, however on a separate, undeveloped site.

There are no scheduled site visits planned.

The site is open for public access for proponents to inspect at their own convenience.

Visiting the site is not mandatory.

NOTE: The funding for this project is sourced externally and comes with strict conditions tied to the construction completion timeline of early December 2025. Due to these parameters, delays in project delivery could jeopardise the funding. It is essential that all involved parties work collaboratively to ensure timely completion.
