This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The RIC requires the services of a Supplier to assist in a Salesforce uplift to implement changes to RICs Loan Management and Review programs.
There are 2 projects to be delivered as part of this procurement. RIC is looking to redesign and rebuild its current Loan Management Unit processes and Annual Review function within Salesforce for more effective risk management of the loan book and enhanced customer experience
The project is to work within our existing architecture which includes Salesforce as our main CRM, Finacle as our Loan module and SharePoint for document storage. Note that knowledge of Finacle is not required for this work.
