DevelopmentWA is seeking an experienced market operator to establish and manage a vibrant farmers market at Hedley Park, Bentley.

Positioned in a high-profile location along Manning Road, the market will service as a key community attraction, fostering social connections and activating the broader Bentley area.

The market will provide a dynamic platform for local producers, artisans, and vendors to connect with customers, offering fresh farm-origin produce, value-added specialty foods, and plant products in a thriving marketplace. It will support local businesses, promote sustainable practices, and deliver a high-quality shopping experience for the community.

The successful proponent will be required to enter into a five-year access licence (Attachment 1) until 30 June 2030 with DevelopmentWA, with options for extensions and/or relocation.
