The ABCB needs a supplier of an online engagement platform where we can host our consultation hub. The supplier should also be able to offer supporting services to maintain the hub and conduct our consultations. This will enable the ABCB to undertake consultation activities in line with the objectives of its work program and provide each member of staff (and contracted analysts) with dedicated access to the consultation platform.

In consultation with the ABCB, the supplier will establish and continue to maintain a protected environment within which an ABCB site administrator can configure various groups and users. Users will require unique access for each individual within the platform enabling the publication of consultations, surveys (or similar) and functionality that allows for analysis and reporting. The platform should allow for comprehensive real-time reporting of the results as well as long-term storage of the data.

The ABCB's main office is located in the Department of Industry, Science and Resources building in Canberra (Industry House). However, it also has staff located in various sites around Australia, with some staff working remotely in some regional locations. While the online consultation hub platform could be built remotely in collaboration with ABCB staff, it would be ideal if reps from the supplier could meet with ABCB staff face-to-face in Canberra for some meetings when required.
