ABOUT THE CITY OF COFFS HARBOUR:

ABOUT THE TENDER:

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced proponents for contract CON00634 Supply and Delivery of One (1) 11,000KG GVM Jetting Truck. This contract will be made under the AS4911-2003 General Conditions of Contract for the Supply of Equipment Without Installation.

Tender documents may be obtained after registration on the tendering portal.

ENQUIRIES:

Tender enquiries should be directed to Mr Aaron Sumskis Team Leader Fleet via the tendering portal online forum. All enquiries must be made via the portal and the cut-off time and date for enquiries is Friday 18 April 2025 at 3pm AEST.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the attached MS Word version of the Returnable Schedules document provided in the RFT package.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. 

Submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the portal cuts off at exactly 10.00am AEST.

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Canvassing of City staff or councillors will render that proponents submission ineligible for evaluation in the RFT process.

Canvassing of the City's officials not referred to in the RFT document (including Councillors) may render that proponent's submission ineligible for evaluation.
