Procurement of Freight and Logistics Services for Hallyu - The Korean Wave exhibition to be displayed at the National Museum of Australia from December 2025 to May 2026.

The NMA is seeking to engage an experienced fine art freight and logistics provider to manage and provide high level museum standard exhibition freight and logistics for the Hallyu – The Korean Wave exhibition objects and material on loan from the V&A. This includes the safe and secure movement of the consignment from Zurich, Switzerland to Canberra, Australia. The V&A and the National Museum of Australia will approve all freight arrangements, schedules, logistics and processes presented by the successful tenderer.

The Museum will only consider tenders submitted by:

(a) single legal entities which are in existence at the Closing Time specified in paragraph 8;

(b) consortia that have nominated one legal entity that will be the contracting party if the tender is successful; or

(c) consortia or joint ventures that undertake to establish a separate legal entity before any contract is signed with the Museum if the tender is successful.
