Pursuant to Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Northampton provides notification that it intends ti dispose of goods with a value of less than $1,000 by way of public tender.

The asset, detailed below is considered minor property that is surplus to the needs of the Shire of Northampton and has been identified for disposal. The asset will be disposed of in accordance with community sentiment and the Local Government Act, and all Expression of Interest offers from the local Kalbarri Community Groups will be considered.

The item to be disposed of on a "where is, as is" basis with no warranties, and is detailed below:

• Asset Name/item: 10m x 21m Hoecker F Series Marquee

The disposal includes associated loose items physically located with the aforementioned asset. Inspection of the asset is available in Kalbarri by arrangement with Michelle Allen, Manager Corporate Services who can be contacted on 99341202 or michelle.allen@northampton.wa.gov.au.

(Following closure if the advertising period, of only successful expression of interest is received, the successful submitter will be advised in writing. Should more than one expression of interest be received an agenda item will be prepared for council consideration.
