Renewal SA is seeking to procure more than one transportable modular building to establish a sales centre for its residential development projects. The purpose of these sales centre(s) is to enable people who are interested in purchasing property in the development, a place to find out more about the project from the appointed sales agents. Renewal SA residential projects are of a high-quality and therefore, we are seeking a high-quality design and structure to reflect the project.
This procurement is to design, construct (including fit out) and install more than one modular transportable sales centre at different residential projects across Greater Adelaide.
The sales centre(s) will be used throughout project duration (ranging from 5 to 15 years) and should be designed and installed with the ability to be relocated during, or after, project life to a different location.
