Tender Description

The City of Melville (Client) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Design Team (Consultant) to provide all necessary professional consultation services (Services) to suit the delivery of the project.

The Services may be provided by:

1. a single consultant encompassing all necessary disciplines, or

2. a principal consultant who engages, leads, and manages sub-consultants.

The City expects the Services under the contract to be delivered by a combination of the following, but not limited to, professional service disciplines:

  • Architect;
  • Structural Engineer;
  • Civil Engineer;
  • Building Services Engineers (eg. Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, Fire, & Lift, etc);
  • Building & Compliance surveyor (BCA/NCC compliance & disability access verification),
  • Optional Services (if required at lead consultant's discretion)
  • Landscape Architect
  • Material Specialists
  • Energy Assessment

Note: independent consultants, such as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) and a Statutory Planner, will be engaged directly by City of Melville. The successful Consultant(s) is expected to work in conjunction and provide all necessary
assistance for the successful delivery of the project
