The Northern Territory Department of Mining and Energy (DME) requires a suitably qualified Consultant to undertake options analysis and develop a strategic business case for the implementation of fit-for-purpose virtual power plants (VPPs) and demand management (DM) initiatives, to support the Darwin-Katherine Electricity System, the Alice Springs Power System and the Tennant Creek Power System.
