Queens Beach Bowen Holiday Park 'the Holiday Park'; located on Lot 255 on HR1287 at Golf Links Road, Queens Beach offers beautiful views, tranquil surroundings all within close proximity to the beach.
The Holiday Park currently includes:
a) eighty-Four (84) powered shady sites available for caravans;
b) two (2) amenity blocks with disabled access and laundry facilities with future construction occurring to include kitchen facilities;
c) swimming Pool; and
d) close to recreational facilities such as tennis courts, children's playground, golf club, hotel with restaurant and Queens Beach Foreshore.
High occupancy percentages are reached during peak months (winter) and school holidays.
A masterplan is currently being developed which will potentially include additional accommodation styles such as cabins. Additional cleaning duties of the Contractor will be required upon their completion if installed during the term of the contract.
Whitsunday Regional Council 'the Council'; is seeking a contractor to undertake the management services at the Holiday Park for a period of two (2) years with one (1) additional twelve-month extension at Council's discretion.
Council will be holding a Site Tender Briefing on Thursday, 10th April 2025 at 12.00 pm (AEST). The location of the meeting is Queens Beach Bowen Holiday Park 66 Golf Links Road, Bowen, QLD 4805.
