ABOUT THE TENDER: Council requires a panel of suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers for the supply of pre-coated sealing aggregates, Aggregate filter material, Granulated glass sand, Re-coating of sealing aggregates, Bedding sand, Natural Gravels, Modified Gravels, Heavily Bound Materials, and Recycled Materials through the period of the contract

TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the Tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderers Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required to be completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete. The tenderer shall not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
