Expression of Interest: School Building Works Suitably Qualified Builders are invited to lodge an expression of interest in tendering for the construction of facilities at St Patricks Primary School, Parramatta.

The construction involves refurbishment and new works to the Administration Building, adaptations to the front entry, and refurbishment of classrooms.

This is a systemic Catholic School within the Diocese of Parramatta. Registrants should confirm the following:

• Provide details of similar projects circa $3-4m including scope of works, client name, location, and completion dates; Detailed experience in working in a live school environment, and constructing educational facilities;
• Outline your company's Work, Health, and Safety policies and Procedures. Provide details of your safety record on past projects;
• Describe any innovative approaches or sustainable practices your company would bring to this project and
• Please provide any additional information that you believe is relevant to your expression of interest.
