PURPOSE: Supply and Delivery of Traffic and Safety Signage to participating Councils on an 'as required' basis for a period of 36 months from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028 with provision for 2 x 1 year options.

Participating Councils are Central Darling Shire Council, Gunnedah Shire Council, Hilltops Council, Maitland City Council, Muswellbrook Shire Council, Newcastle City Council, Richmond Valley Council, Singleton Council, Tamworth Regional Council, Upper Hunter Shire Council and Walcha Council.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 22 April 2025.

DOCUMENTS: Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via the Tenderng portal until the submission close date for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST.

There will be no pre-tender meeting.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
