B Shed and Berths B&C Deck Replacement and B Shed Services Upgrade - Fremantle

You are invited to Tender for the goods, services and works specified in this document and in accordance with the conditions herein.

Fremantle Ports is requesting proposals to execute the works for the B Shed Deck, Berths B&C Deck Repair and Services Upgrade project in Fremantle, Victoria Quay.

The contract resulting from the Tender process will be an amended AS4000-1997 Construction agreement according to scope herein.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT REQUIRED: 1:00PM 9th April 2025.

Respondents wishing to attend this site visit must contact the Buyer nominated for this tender, prior to 3:00PM WST on Monday 7th April 2025.

Respondents must meet 10 minutes prior to the site visit time at AOB Reception at 1 Cliff Street Fremantle.

Note: MSIC is not required; PPE is applicable to the site visit.

All submissions for Fremantle Ports Tenders must be lodged electronically through the Fremantle Ports, Oracle Supplier Portal. Instructions on how to do this are contained in the attached "RFx210 Request for Tender and User Guide" document.

Note: Fremantle Ports' Oracle Supplier Portal is separate to the tendering website. Submissions MUST NOT be made using the tendering website. Submissions made via uploading responses to the tendering website will not be accepted by Fremantle Ports.
