Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Tea Tree Gully (Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the provision of bituminous works at various locations throughout the Council area for an initial four-year contract term, with the possibility of a three-year extension (the Services). The Council intends to enter into an Australian Standard (AS) AS 4920—2003 – General conditions of contract for the provision of asset maintenance and services (Principal’s version) Contract with the Successful Tenderer.
