The City of South Perth is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from commercial businesses and community organisations to activate the South Perth Foreshore through the facilitation of temporary small-scale food and beverage outlets during 2025/26.

Multi-year agreement/licence agreement renewal options may also be negotiated.

The City is eager to hear from you if you feel you can support the City to achieve its strategic objectives for the South Perth Foreshore 'Node 2 - Coode Street' as detailed in the South Perth Foreshore Strategy and Management Plan 2015.

The types of operations may include:

• Small-scale café or kiosk
• Food and beverage outlets

Applicants will need to provide details of how their proposal meets a range of criteria as outlined in the Expression of Interest application form.
