Tender Description

This 5YA project comprises of interior alterations and refurbishment of a standalone teaching building (Block J) as well as the renewal of cladding and original timber joinery.

Combined with this is the lifecycle replacement of aging carpet and vinyl floor finishes in another building Block E.

Although a separate project, the procurement will extend to and seek additional pricing for additional infrastructure works in the upgrade of toilet facilities in Block C together with roofing and window renewal on a number of blocks.

The project could be extended in scope in the further with other concrete paving and walkway post remediation works potentially added once a contract is let.
