Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Council's Schedule of Rates Contract for Bushland Rehabilitation Services and Bushland Infrastructure Services.
The Contract shall be for a period of one (1) year from 1 July 2025 with an option for the Principal to extend the Contract, at their sole discretion, for four (4) periods of one year each. A panel of up to eight (8) suitable contractors will be established through this tender, with individual reserve-based bushland rehabilitation contracts offered annually. There is no guarantee all contractors on the Panel will be allocated contracts in the first (or subsequent) years.
Tenderers may choose to submit rates on selected parts, or all the categories listed below.
PART (A) BUSHLAND REHABILITATION SERVICES
a. Bushland rehabilitation services (i.e. bush regeneration)
b. Ropes-access target weed control
c. Bushland rehabilitation consultancy services
PART (B) BUSHLAND TRACK CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
a. Signage and bollards
b. Handrails and fences
c. Steps and retaining walls
d. Sandstone crazy paving
e. Raised boardwalks and footbridges
f. Track edging
g. Water bars and other drainage works
h. Removal and disposal of redundant infrastructure
i. Infrastructure maintenance
