Tender Description
The Supplier's Activities are to provide maintenance and support services to the Department of Customer Service on the ServiceNow platform for an initial contract period of 2 years, with an extension
Project goals
The core objectives of the Supplier's Activities are as follows:
a. Perform Upgrades and Patching on all DCS ServiceNow instances.
b. Support all Now Platform modules on the DCS ServiceNow instances
c. Support all additional scoped applications such as HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, SecOps-VR, SecOps-SIR, BCM, SPM and other applications where BAU documentation is provided to the Supplier after the implementation; and
d. Support API integrations on the ServiceNow platform
