Requirements
**Please note that IP Australia will not be extending this opportunity to any additional Sellers.**
There are several initiatives in progress across IP Australia that aim to take advantage of AI, and support records management and compliance across the organisation. Gaining efficiencies from new technology is dependent upon the quality of the information stored across our M365 environment and the controls in place to manage it.
Considering the range of projects underway, we are seeking detailed recommendations on the M365 platform to support the implementation of Purview and Copilot and how to integrate these within the current technology stack to maximise the use of M365 at IP Australia.
Following consultation with key stakeholders and analysing their requirements, we require a blueprint that provides clear recommendations and an implementation plan/ roadmap that addressees the following:
- Detailed current and future business requirements from initiative owners to enable planning from a platform management perspective.;
- An optimal architecture for M365 (specifically focused around Copilot and Purview).;
- Any technology and business process gaps.;
- Opportunity to streamline platform management (specifically focused around Copilot and Purview).;
- Best practises for maximising the value of the M365 platform in IP Australia’s specific context (specifically focussed around Copilot and Purview).;
- Definition of the global administrator role, business administration role and the business owner roles and ownership for these.;
- Permissions across M365 to ensure content has the appropriate security and access rights applied.;
- Recommended technical skills and capability, security strategy and policies to support the ongoing management and maintenance of the platform including ownership and processes.; and
- Recommendations for implementing changes to ensure IP Australia is well placed to gain the business benefits from technology initiatives including timeframes, owners and risks.
As per the above requirements, IP Australia requires a blueprint that includes an implementation plan/ roadmap addressing the following:
- Detailed current and future business requirements from initiative owners to enable planning from a platform management perspective.;
- An optimal architecture for M365 (specifically focused around Copilot and Purview).;
