Lake Maintenance (WA) Pty Ltd on behalf of the Department of Communities (DOC) is seeking EOI from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake semi refurb PW10300 4 COLEUS CLOSE,  in the Kununurra area.

The purpose of this project is to complete a semi-refurbishment @ 4 COLEUS CLOSE in Kununurra.  EOI documents are available for download together with technical specification V11. The list of properties is in the final evaluation report.
