The Quarry Amphitheatre is a performance and private function venue for hire managed by the Town of Cambridge. The Contract will consist of the provision of catering and hospitality services for various activities at the Quarry Amphitheatre. The contract will be for exclusive provision of all catering and hospitality services at the Quarry Amphitheatre, except under conditions outlined in 5.30. The Quarry Amphitheatre has three hireable spaces which form the basis of the Contract:

• The Amphitheatre and stage area

• The Cavern

• The Café.
