SERVICE REQUIRED:

This project is the first stage of completing improvements at Warriewood Surf Club to ensure it's fit for purpose. The scope of works for this tender includes:

- Make good and kitchen upgrades to existing kitchen next to the hall on L1.

- Demolition and make good of existing bar area to become a storage room.

- Removal of existing flooring materials i.e. tiles and carpet tiles, supply and installation of new floor finishes to existing members internal and external areas as documented.

- Demolition of the existing fire exit and sliding doors leading to balcony on L1 and installation of new sliding door to existing member's room including all structural works as documented.

- New bar area and associated works as documented.

- New lighting and hydraulic services as documented.

- Replacement of existing and addition of new skylights as documented.

- New sliding door to internal area for room separation.

- New works to existing members terrace including new balustrades and roof structure including ceiling finishes to the underside of roof structure and new external lighting.

- Removal of any hazardous materials in accordance with the relevant standards.

Council anticipates turning the evaluation process around quickly with the Contractor appointed in May for commencement onsite as soon as they're available.
