Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for Tennis Court Remediation at 52 Fullers Rd Chatswood. The works involve the careful removal and storage of existing synthetic grass and infill onsite; remediation of underlying pavement and construct drainage system improvements as per engineering drawings; and reinstating the existing synthetic grass and infill. Submissions to be inclusive of all materials, spoil disposal, labour, transport, tools, plant, applications, payment of fees and any other works associated with the works at 52 Fullers Rd Chatswood.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 52 Fullers Rd Chatswood, commencing at 11am on Wednesday 2 April 2025. All prospective Tenderers are advised to attend the pre-tender meeting.

Tenders are to be submitted online - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:

"The General Manager

Tender No. T12-2024 - Tennis Court Remediation at 52 Fullers Rd Chatswood"

and shall be placed in the Tender Box located within the Customer Service Centre on the Ground Floor at 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Thursday, 17 April 2025.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
