This Request specifies the requirement of the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) (the Contract Authority, the Customer) for provision of cleaning services located at Lot 248 Ivanhoe Rd, Kununurra WA for an initial  two (2) year term, with three (3) one-year extension options, exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Contract Authority.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at DBCA Office, Lot 248 Ivanhoe Rd, Kununurra on 10 Apr, 2025 10:30 AM.

Two (2) mandatory briefing times are available, Respondents must attend one (1) of the proposed times listed below.

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
