The Public Trustee seeks to appoint a supplier for the provision of real estate valuation services.

The successful supplier will be required to undertake any or all of the following services:

• Market valuations for domestic dwellings including:

        -Stand-alone dwellings

        -Strata titled dwellings

        -Individual apartments in multi-storey / conjoined buildings

• Market valuations for commercial / industrial properties
• Market valuations for vacant land
• Valuations for insurance purpose
• Valuations for rent estimations
• Desktop valuations
• Valuation reviews (onsite and desktop as required)
• Expanded valuations (includes two values reported, i.e. “Existing” and “Post Remedial Changes”).

The successful supplier will be required to perform approximately 190 valuations per year. The exact number is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.

The supplier, or an approved subcontractor, will be required to deliver the services throughout metropolitan Adelaide and South Australia.

The base contract term is three years, with an optional extension period of two years, making a total maximum contract term of five years.
