Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council invites suitably qualified companies to submit a tender to produce detailed designs, construction cost estimates, construction staging plans, statement of environmental effects, a DA submission package and construction tender specifications for landscape and civil works for creation of a pedestrian link and public space at 88 Wallace Street, Braidwood and to construct a new carpark to the rear.

Interested parties are required to register to download the documents at no charge. Contract enquiries should be directed to Eli Ramsland via the online tender forum. Tender queries will be accepted up to 11 April 2025.

A briefing meeting will be held on 2pm AEST, 1 April 2025 at the front of 88 Wallace St, Braidwood. Council invites any person willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract to submit a tender to Council via the tendering portal.
