Project goals
Tenders are called from suitable qualified and experienced person(s) firms or entities for the person(s), firms or entities for Employee assistance program (EAP) services for the provision of onsite counselling, telephone counselling, critical incident management, general debriefing services and other related employee assistance services available for both employees and their immediate families.
Scope
a) Provide at least 2 weekly onsite counselling services for employees with the ability to rotate across various workplace sites on a weekly rotation.
b) Provide all employees with access to all assistance program services either through face-to-face appointments or over the phone.
c) Be available to conduct walk throughs of workplaces and engage regularly with employees.
d) Crisis counselling with ability for onsite support within 12 hours.
e) Provide quarterly debrief services for our mental health first aiders, first aiders, workplace delegates and People and Culture team as required.
f) Provide monthly toolbox talk support sessions for key teams of staff focussed on healthy workplaces such as vicarious trauma, domestic violence, fatigue, respectful communications and resilience and self-care.
g) Provide awareness sessions for teams on the variety of EAP services available to them.
h) Online hub of resources.
i) Online booking service for onsite counselling servicesDescribe each Service as a separate lettered clause.
j) Access to a streamlined booking service that connects to onsite counsellor availability.
k) Software to provide accurate reporting of the use of services.
