Event Management - Snag Fest

The event will feature a variety of food vendors, live entertainment, interactive experiences, and themed activations. This procurement seeks an event management agency to oversee the full delivery of the festival, including logistics, supplier coordination, entertainment programming, and event operations.

Event dates are 2-4 May 2025, inclusive.

The selected agency will be responsible for ensuring accessibility and inclusion are embedded into all aspects of the event, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all.
